Rates

Basic Price

The basic price is always listed in our brochure and on the website. You can find all available reduced rates per performance on our website. All our ticket prices always include administrative costs.

Youth Rate

For a large number of our performances, we offer a discounted rate for young people. The youth rate is valid for those under 26, but sometimes also under 30 or under 16. You can always find the youth rate listed with the prices per performance on our website.

CUBO

For 20 euros per month, you get access to the full range of dance, theatre, classical music, jazz, family, circus, and so much more at Schouwburg Kortrijk, as well as the film and stage offerings of arts centre BUDA.

UiTPAS

We are a proud UiTPAS partner. You can earn a point for all performances. Those entitled to an increased reimbursement pay only 20% of the standard price. You can also find this rate for the performances on our website. Ordering tickets at the UiTPAS rate is easy online, by phone, or at the box office. Please have your UiTPAS number ready when ordering.

European Disability Card

The European Disability Card (EDC) is a free card that promotes access for people with disabilities to culture, sports, and leisure activities (museums, amusement parks, tourist attractions, sports centers, etc.) and offers a number of benefits in these domains.

For instance, wheelchair users enjoy the lowest category price if there are seating sections. If EDC card holders require an accompanying person, they can travel for free. This applies to all performances organized in-house. Such tickets can be reserved via email and telephone:

Culture for everyone

Culture is for everyone, and ticket prices should not stand in the way of this. Discover below the initiatives we are undertaking to make culture accessible to everyone.

Deferred ticket

As a ticket buyer, you will have the opportunity during the payment process to make a contribution to support people for whom buying a ticket is not a matter of course. When purchasing a ticket online, you have the choice to add a voluntary contribution, ranging from €2 to €10. This is, of course, optional, but it helps us to offer tickets to people for whom it is financially less obvious to enjoy culture.

Would you like to use a deferred ticket yourself (for whatever reason)?

• Email tickets.schouwburg@kortrijk.be. You will receive your deferred ticket in your mailbox.
• Ask for a deferred ticket at the box office. You will receive a free ticket for a performance of your choice.

Pay What You Can

All performances at the NEXT festival operate on the ‘Pay What You Can’ principle, allowing you to choose the rate for your ticket yourself. Within 'Pay What You Can', you will always find 3 prices to choose from. The base is the suggested price. Does a lower rate make your visit easier? Then you are free to choose that. You then choose the lowest Pay What You Can rate. Can you afford a higher ticket price? Then choose the highest Pay What You Can rate. This way, you ensure that others can pay less.

Order tickets online

On the website schouwburgkortrijk.be, you must first create a personal account. You can do this via this link or via the icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Follow the steps and enter all details correctly. Please use the email address you previously used to order tickets as your email address, so that some details are automatically transferred.

Your account provides you with:

• A personal shopping basket: put together your order, get the highest discount, and choose your own seats.
• Personal profile: manage your subscriptions to newsletters and magazines, check your details at any time, or see which concerts you have purchased tickets for.

Once you have created your personal account and logged in, you can order your tickets and choose your seat in the venue!

To ensure your order runs smoothly, the site requires access to cookies and JavaScript. These must be enabled and your browser must be up to date. This is necessary to remain logged in correctly and to display the seating plans properly on the screen.

You can check if your browser is set up correctly via our 'check' page. If it is, you will see a message 'your browser is up to date' and three check marks.
