Through the application form below, you can submit your request. Provide multiple possible dates or periods for your visit. Based on the availability of space and guide, we will confirm whether or not your request is accepted. The more flexible you are with your availability, the greater the chance of finding a suitable date.

Rates

The cost for a guided visit varies depending on the nature of the organization or association and where it is based. We distinguish between 3 categories:

Category A = Kortrijk association or non-profit organizer: recognized and unrecognized associations and non-profit organizations based in Kortrijk. This includes, among others, service clubs, individuals, and resident or occasional groups that organize a cultural, public activity, trade and union organizations, schools, police, detention centers, and local political parties. 

Category B = non-Kortrijk association or non-profit organizer: the headquarters or address of the association or non-profit organizer is not in Kortrijk. 

Category C = commercial organization or commercial activity: commercial organizations or activities are organizations/activities with a profit-making character.
