In 'Dood hoezo Dood', the actors don’t shy away from the big themes - quite the opposite. With unfiltered playfulness and a humour that refuses to soften anything, they give farewell a place and make a love of life feel more vivid than ever.

In the grand 'Dood hoezo Dood' show, a Master of Ceremony guides us through everything connected to death: famous last words, a condolence rally, Death itself as a guest, and visitors from the afterlife showing off their talents with crackling flair.

Running parallel to this absurdist spectacle, an impending loss quietly slips in elsewhere - irreversible, unavoidable. What do you do with the time that remains? How do you say goodbye, and how on earth are you supposed to continue? Where did the manual for all this disappear to.

'Dood hoezo Dood' is a performance in which a love of life feels more palpable than ever. With sheer playfulness and a humour that refuses to soften the big themes, the actors make the weight of existence not just bearable, but deeply human.
