Sales conditions

Tickets are not refundable, exchangeable, or replaceable. We only refund tickets if the activity is canceled. Payment processing fees and (any) shipping costs are never refunded.

Tickets are reserved in the name of the purchaser.

VAT and service charges are included in the ticket price. Only shipping costs are charged if you have the tickets delivered by post. Payment processing fees apply for payments made with Bancontact/MisterCash, Visa, and Mastercard. Bank transfers are free. 

Tickets are only delivered through the authorized sales channels by Ticketservice Kortrijk and/or at the Ticketservice Kortrijk counter.

No cash will be given back on gift vouchers. You will always receive a gift voucher with the remaining amount.

Discounts cannot be combined.

It is prohibited to resell tickets for commercial purposes.

Counterfeiting or copying tickets in any form is prohibited and will be prosecuted legally.
