‘NOW WE ARE EARTH / An Orchestra’ is a musical and visual dance opera by theatre maker Nicole Beutler. The performance will be shown in our theatre (OAAS hall) on Tuesday 8 and Wednesday 9 December. For these performances, we are looking for singing enthusiasts who would like to help bring this production to life. Whether you are a seasoned singer or simply enjoy singing, everyone is welcome!

Residency QPWFMB

We are looking for queer artists with a forced migration background who want to dedicate two weeks to developing their artistic practice. In November 2026, during the international NEXT Festival, you’ll receive time, space, and support to create new work and connect with a wide network of international artists and curators.

Manifesto of cultural centers

In late March, cult! presented the manifesto for cultural centres. The manifesto makes it clear that cultural centres are more than just venues where art is displayed; they are also spaces where people meet, where participation is barrier-free, and where differences become visible and open to discussion. The manifesto serves as both a reflection and a call to action: to continue viewing and supporting cultural centres as indispensable places within an inclusive, democratic, and connected society.
